2. Service
Trading Flow is a trading journal with statistics, goals, checklists, community features and AI-assisted analysis.
We may change, extend or discontinue features; material changes will be announced in the app.
3. Account
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity in your account.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Pro is offered as a monthly ($9.99) or yearly ($99.99) subscription. Prices include applicable taxes.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are managed and cancelled in your Apple/Google account settings.
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal; by starting the digital service immediately you agree the service begins before the period ends.
5. No financial advice
All content, statistics and AI output are for information and self-reflection only.
They are not investment advice, no recommendation to buy or sell, and no guarantee of results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant us the limited right to store and process it in order to run the service.
You must not upload unlawful, infringing, hateful or misleading content, and you must not misuse community features.
7. Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, automated scraping, abuse of the AI features or attempts to bypass paid features.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory statutory liability.
For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damage.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may terminate with reasonable notice for good cause.
